3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Be at least 18 years old

4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Plans
We offer multiple subscription tiers:
- Free: 25,000 events/month, 1 project, 7-day retention
- Hobby: $9.99/month - 500,000 events/month, 3 projects, 60-day retention
- Pro: $29.99/month - 2,500,000 events/month, 10 projects, 180-day retention
- Max: $79.99/month - Unlimited events, unlimited projects, 3-year retention
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
4.3 Usage Limits
- Event limits are calculated monthly and reset on the 1st of each month
- Exceeding limits will result in event rejection (HTTP 429)
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 You May:
- Use the Service for lawful business purposes
- Track events from your own applications
- Export your data at any time
- Integrate with third-party services
5.2 You May Not:
- Use the Service for illegal activities
- Send spam or malicious content
- Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service
- Bypass usage limits or authentication
- Send excessive requests (DDoS)
- Track sensitive data without user consent
- Violate third-party rights or privacy laws
6. Data Ownership and Privacy
6.1 Your Data
- You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service
- We are not responsible for data loss (maintain your own backups)
- We do not warrant accuracy of analytics or reports
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERLA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
